The owner of property at 3725 Nicollet Ave. is weighing development options after demolishing a house and former business on the site.
Options include a four-story, 42-unit apartment or condo building, the owner said. Or he may opt to build a new business, such as a convenience store.
“We haven’t decided yet,” said Isidro Perez, who also owns the land under Cinco de Mayo Mercado next door. “We can change our mind.”
Perez said he does not expect to start construction this year.
