The Linden Hills Neighborhood Council is holding a neighborhood meeting Wednesday, July 9, 7 p.m., at Linden Hills Park Recreation Center, 3100 W. 43rd St., to discuss the latest plan for the Linden Crossing project at 43rd & Upton.
The latest version of the project calls for a fourth story. The development would have 18 to 20 units ranging in price from $600,000 to $1.5 million.
The first concept for the site — the Linden Corner project — sparked significant debate in the neighborhood and a yearlong moratorium on development to allow neighborhood leaders to craft a small area plan to serve as a framework for future projects.
The Linden Crossing project is slated to go before the Minneapolis Planning Commission on Monday, July 14.
