Hot Wok Delivery staff are making fresh Asian cuisine daily in their new home at 3752 Nicollet Ave.
Founder Vuthy Taing said the most popular menu items at other locations in Buffalo and Coon Rapids include the cream cheese wontons — made from scratch with premium cream cheese — as well as sesame chicken and pad thai.
The fast-casual restaurant promises fresh-cut veggies, no frozen meats, no MSG and no trans fat.
“Any fresher we would be a farm to plate concept,” the restaurant said in its Kickstarter campaign.
The Kickstarter runs through Jan. 11 and seeks $10,000 to pay for new outdoor signage and an online ordering system.
The delivery area covers a 3.5 mile radius.
