Now open: Porchetterria at Terzo Vino Bar

Terzo has opened a walkup window in its parking lot serving porchetta and vegetarian sandwiches. The window is open daily from 11 am.-5 p.m., and customers seem to be finding it — the pork sold out in the window’s second week.

Chef Tom Broder described the sandwiches ($9-$10) in a recent email: Slow-roasted pork paired with Calabrian pepper aioli and fennel radicchio slaw, garlic parsley aioli and grilled rapini or truffled cremini mushrooms.
