Honeyshine moving to Linden Hills

Linden Hills Yarn& Textiles is moving to St. Louis Park after 31 years, making way for Bryn Mawr’s Honeyshine store next spring.

Chris Rieffer, owner of Linden Hills Yarn, said the shop’s space will double in its new home at 5814 Excelsior Blvd. The store name will switch to Linden Yarn & Textiles.

Honeyshine co-owner Adam Braun said he was drawn to Linden Hills’ foot traffic.

“It’s a great opportunity to get more eyes on our store,” he said.

The move also allows Honeyshine to expand its product lines, which include decorative throw pillows and glassware like sake sets and bottle vases.

“We attempt to offer things at the store you typically can’t find anywhere else in Minneapolis,” Braun said.

Honeyshine plans to close in Bryn Mawr on April 27 and reopen in Linden Hills on May 8.
