The bright green Nice Ride bikes will hit the streets the first week of April.
Crews will be out installing stations beginning March 21.
The bike-sharing program is making a few changes for this year’s season. One-year memberships will increase to $75 and riders who have a 30-day pay-as-you-go membership will pay $18 when they start a new month. Fees for riders over 60 minutes will now be $4 per half hour.
Customers seeking day passes have two options: $4 per half hour or a three-day pass for $10.
The University of Minnesota campus will get eight new stations in mid-summer.
Nice Ride launched in 2010 and has logged more than 1.75 million rides since then.
