The city Planning Commission approved plans Dec. 2 for an eight-story office building with 12,000 square feet of ground floor restaurant or commercial space.
The building design would step back from the Midtown Greenway, and it would stand a bit shorter than the neighboring MoZaic tower, which is 10 stories.
The project would include 40 underground parking stalls. It would replace the surface parking lot on the site, and it would leave the Lagoon Cinema intact. The developer is considering bike storage and showers as part of an expanded Art Park.
