Linden Hills is hosting a June 5 open house to seek feedback from residents and business owners on future development in the neighborhood.
The Linden Hills Neighborhood Council is looking for input on several concepts generated at community workshops this spring:
— Respect and preserve the existing character of Linden Hills through appropriate development
— Ensure transitions between new development and adjacent properties
— Identify parking options for new business development
— Improve infrastructure to support a vibrant future for the neighborhood
Linden Hills will also provide an online survey, available June 6-20, at lhsap.org. Additional material related to the neighborhood small area plan is available on the page as well.
The open house will take place from 5-7:30 p.m. June 5 at the Pershing Park Recreation Center, 3523 W. 48th St.
