A 43-year-old parked his car and entered the convenience store. While inside, an unknown suspect entered his vehicle and drove off. No arrest was made.

Victoria’s Secret
Officers responded to a report of a theft in progress. When they arrived, they attempted to apprehend the shoplifter. The shoplifter ran for three blocks on foot before he was arrested. He was attempting to steal more than $400 in bras.

3300 block Aldrich Ave. S.
An unknown suspect forced entry into an unoccupied dwelling and left with an undisclosed loss. No arrest was made.
KINGFIELD
Dec. 7, 11 a.m.
3800 block Stevens Ave. S.
A 21-year-old female alleged her landlord entered her apartment with a key, took items of hers and threw them into the backyard. She reported that multiple items were damaged and some stolen. Police canvassed the area but made no arrests.
Dec. 7, 9:30 p.m.
3600 block of 1st Ave. S.
A 28-year-old man told police he takes Percocet for a back injury and last saw his pill bottle on his nightstand before going to bed. When he woke up the next morning, the bottle was gone. He told police he suspected his uncle, who was staying with him at the time and has a history of drug abuse, took the pills.

3800 block Garfield Ave. S.
A 36-year-old man told police he parked his trailer in his driveway the night before, then discovered it gone the next afternoon. He said he suspects someone hooked the trailer to a vehicle and drove away.
LINDEN HILLS
Dec. 6, 3:30 p.m.
4419 France Ave. S., Gas Plus
A store clerk told police that an unknown suspect, posing as a customer, pretended to be shopping for about an hour, placing items into two plastic bags. When he went to pay for the items, he distracted the clerk then attempted to grab cash from the store’s open register. The clerk was able to prevent the cash theft, but the suspect made off with a bag full of items. The incident was captured on the store’s security camera, but no arrest was made.

Dec. 7, 10 p.m.
3400 block 1st Ave. S.
An unknown suspect forced entry into an unattached garage and stole tools from the bed of a pickup truck. Total loss to the victim was roughly $1,000. No arrest was made.
Dec. 10, 12:30 a.m.
105 W. Lake St.,
Champions Sports Bar
A 38-year-old woman told police she left her purse hanging off the back of a chair and went outside to smoke a cigarette. Her wallet was in her purse when she stepped out, but later in the evening she noticed it gone. No wallet was turned in to bar staff. Her loss included an EBT card with $70 on it, $150 in food stamps, $15 in cash and two credit cards on which she receives child support payments.

After police stopped a vehicle recognized to be stolen, the occupants fled the scene. A 19-
year-old man, 16-year-old boy and 15-year-old boy were arrested.

1200 block 50th St. W.
A 56-year-old woman left her home in the morning and returned about 7 p.m. to discover her front door ajar. Officers later determined an unknown suspect threw a rock through the home’s kitchen window to gain entry.

Ace Hardware
A 58-year-old employee had her purse stolen while at work. Her credit card was used to make a number of purchases before being disabled.

Three unknown suspects allegedly confronted a 21-year-old man. They then took his necklace, jacket and baseball cap before fleeing on foot. Total loss to the victim was more than $500. No arrest was made.

100 block Valleyview Pl.
A 56-year-old man left his garage door open after unloading a Christmas tree from his vehicle. When his wife entered the garage to use the vehicle the following day, she discovered that the car had been burglarized.

Common Roots
A 26-year-old female employee told police she put her purse in a downstairs locker before beginning her shift. An hour later, she went downstairs to get some medication from her purse only to discover it laying open on a chair. Her wallet had been taken from inside. No arrest was made.

Caribou Coffee
A 54-year-old woman told police she left her dog in a running vehicle while ordering coffee. While inside, an unknown suspect entered her vehicle and drove off with the dog. No arrest was made.

An unknown suspect entered the store and suggested to staff he had a gun, although none was seen. He left the store with cash, checks and credit card receipts. No arrest was made.
