ARMATAGE

March 11, 1 p.m., 6045 Morgan Ave. S.
An unknown suspect kicked in the side door of a home, but was interrupted by a neighbor and fled.

EAST CALHOUN

March 10, between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m., 3008 Hennepin Ave. S.
Suspects broke into The North Face through a roof hatch and took roughly $500 to $800 worth of merchandise. The same suspects appeared to have broken into Victoria’s Secret next door in the same way.

March 12, 11:30 a.m., 3006 Hennepin Ave. S.
A woman attempted to leave Urban Outfitters with $117 worth of stolen merchandise. She had wrapped tinfoil over the theft-detection devices on the items. She was cited for theft under $500 and released.

+ March 14, 3:15 a.m., 35th Street and Irving Avenue
Officers were dispatched to a robbery at gunpoint that had just happened. The officers met with three victims, all men in their 20s, who provided a description of the suspect. None of the men were injured.

LOWRY HILL EAST

March 15, between 7:15 p.m. and 9:45 p.m., 2610 Lyndale Ave. S.
A patron at French Meadow reported a vehicle in the restaurant’s parking lot had been broken into. A window was smashed and a bag was missing. A different vehicle was broken into at the same location March 9 and a laptop bag was stolen.

FULTON

Between 1:30 p.m. March 13 and 8:30 a.m. March 14, 4841 Drew Ave. S.
A resident had bike taken from his garage after leaving the overhead door open. No physical evidence was found.

KINGFIELD

+ March 13, 9:20 p.m., 4001 Lyndale Ave. S.
An unknown suspect robbed SuperAmerica at knifepoint and fled the scene.

TANGLETOWN

March 15, between 7:10 p.m. and 9 p.m., 4115 1st Ave. S.
A man’s license plates were stolen from his vehicle as it was parked on the street.

WHITTIER

+ March 10, 3:30 a.m., Garfield Avenue and Lake Street
Three suspects robbed a 30-year-old man and knocked him to the ground. The suspects were gone when police arrived.

+ March 12, 3 a.m., Lake Street and Stevens Avenue
A 57-year-old man was robbed. He was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment. He told police he would be able to identify the suspect.

+ March 14, 3:40 p.m., 2318 1st Ave. S.
Officers responded to a report of an auto theft. The suspect was at the scene and fought with an officer before he was arrested. He was booked for assault and attempted auto theft.

March 14, 7:50 p.m., 10 W. Lake St.
While working off duty in full uniform, an officer was contacted about a theft at Kmart. A man had concealed four boxes of cold medicine and an mp3 player in his pants and sweatshirt pockets and attempted to leave without paying. He set off the security alarm and was detained by the officer, who recovered the items. The man was cited for theft under $500 and released.

EAST CALHOUN

Feb. 24, between 8 a.m. and 3:20 p.m., 3148 Irving Ave. S.

An unknown suspect broke into a home by smashing a back-door window and unlocking the door. The suspect stole some jewelry from an upstairs bedroom and ate a banana in the kitchen. The banana peel was found on the kitchen floor. No suspect information was available.

EAST HARRIET

Between 5 p.m. Feb. 26 and 6:45 a.m. Feb. 27, 813 W. 36 St.

An unknown suspect broke into Our Kitchen through the rear door and took cash and industrial appliances. Police found no collectible evidence at the scene.

EAST ISLES

Feb. 26, between 5:20 p.m. and 5:40 p.m., West 25th Street and Lake Place

After a walk around Lake of the Isles, a woman returned to her parked car to find the rear passenger window smashed and her purse, containing four credit cards, gone. A total of $2,453 had been charged at Macy’s in Edina before the cards were cancelled.

FULTON

Between 11 p.m. Feb. 25 and 6 a.m. Feb. 26, 4701 Drew Ave. S.
A GPS unit was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway.

KINGFIELD

+ Feb. 25, 4:10 a.m., 37th Street West and Pillsbury Avenue South
Two unknown suspects pulled a man out of his parked vehicle while he was on his cell phone and drove away with it. The man was physically unharmed.

LINDEN HILLS

Feb. 26, 12:15 p.m., 3915 Drew Ave. S.
A man forced his way into an unlocked home while its occupants were inside. Police apprehended the man in the backyard.

+ March 1, 4:45 p.m., 3701 Lyndale Ave. S.
A suspect entered Colonial Cleaners, sprayed the owner with Mace and took the cash register drawer. The suspect was gone by the time police arrived.

LOWRY HILL EAST

Feb. 25, 1:45 p.m., 1450 W. Lake St.
Police were dispatched to Lunds on a report of a shoplifter with drug paraphernalia. Police issued the suspect a citation for theft and confiscated injection equipment.

+ Feb. 26, 5:30 p.m., 720 W. Lake St.
Officers dispatched on a robbery call spoke with a man who was punched in the face and robbed of his cell phone. He told officers two suspects followed him to his apartment after he stepped off the bus. They followed him inside and asked to use his phone. He was assaulted and robbed after refusing. The victim declined medical treatment. Officers requested video surveillance from the apartment.

LYNDALE

+ Feb. 27, 8:10 p.m., 3545 Nicollet Ave. S.
A man was robbed at gunpoint at a U-Haul.

WHITTIER

Feb. 27, 3:30 p.m., 2501 Lyndale Ave. S.
A suspect grabbed cash from the till at Loon Grocery and fled. Police checked the area, but the suspect was not immediately found.

+ Feb. 28., 4:35 p.m., 200 W. Lake St.
A man entered Walgreens, implied he had a gun and demanded prescription pain medications. The man was captured on video surveillance and police sent images to the community seeking help identifying him. He is a white male, 20 to 30, 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 11 inches, with a light build and a “unibrow.” At the time of the robbery, the man was wearing a tan or light green stocking hat and a dark jacket with a light stripe down the sleeves. Anyone with information was asked to call 673-3856.

+Feb. 28, 6:35 p.m., 2312 Blaisdell Ave. S.
A man was shot multiple times and transported in an ambulance to Hennepin County Medical Center. No suspect information was immediately available. Evidence was inventoried at the scene.
