A vision for Minnesota

A forum at the Central Library today will ask participants for their take on the state’s big picture.

Participants in the sesquicentennial event will answer questions such as: What type of state do you want to leave to your great-grandchildren?

Given current trends, what are the issues and challenges that need to be addressed to realize that vision?

The forum is one of several throughout Minnesota, and the results will be compiled into a document to be used as a blueprint for current and future leaders. Individuals can add to the discussion through an online “Plan for our future” survey at www.mn150years.org.

The open forum will take place at the second floor boardroom of the Central Library at 6:30 p.m. Refreshments will be provided at the free event.
