Public meetings on streetcars and transportation plans

Minneapolis is holding public meetings over the next two weeks to discuss the city’s draft of its Ten-Year Transportation Plan and Streetcar Feasibility Study.

The streetcar study recommends a long-range streetcar system, while the transportation plan identifies steps the city, Hennepin County, Minnesota Department of Transportation and Metro Transit, need to take to improve transportation and prepare for metro growth.
