Cedar-Isles-Dean holds public hearing to evaluate apartment proposal

A public hearing on a new apartment project at 3100 W. Lake St. is Thursday, Jan. 26, hosted by the Cedar-Isles-Dean Neighborhood Association (CIDNA).

The Denver-based developer Brickstone Partners is proposing a 200-unit apartment building at a height of either six, nine or 13 stories.
